This is a tomato soup where lots of types of fish are all mixed in together; it's absolutely delicious so make sure you try it.
Tuscany is blessed in that it is one of the only places in the world where truffles grow. They grow under the ground and are very rare - making them very expensive. Both black and white truffles are found here and if you arrive during the autumn, which is truffle season, you should definitely make it your goal to try some for yourself.
